2.Architectural Design

b. Review Design Program
c. Meet One on One to review Concept
d. Revise Design as needed (Repeat c)
e. Results in a Schematic Design Package

3.Architectural Documentation

1. Development Permit Package
2. Submission to City/Municipal Authority for Review
3. Upon approval Complete Building Permit Package
4. Submission to City/Municipal Authority for Review
5. Upon approval, Submit Package for Construction Tender
6. Select General Contractor and Construction to Begin

4.Architectural Administration

a. Review the Construction of the Project
b. Ensure Project Built to Approved Construction Drawings
c. Oversee Project Completion
