The Swift Current Multi-Family Complex is a proposed for a Southern Saskatchewan First Nations in joint venture with the Provincial Government. The program was to provide 25 housing units housing the First Nations Communities living in this urban centre. The design is based on a six-plex unit type. The block units are combined to take advantage of the economy of scales. The site plan includes 25 residential units and an on site Daycare facility. Two units are dedicated to the physically challenged.
